1. Is there a free trial or commitment period?
Yes! We offer a 2-week free trial for all participants — no upfront payment required. You can cancel anytime during the trial, but we recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to see a meaningful shift in habits, culture, and emotional resilience. Real change takes consistency, and we’re here to support that journey.
2. What does GRIT Quest cost?
The investment is R500 per employee per month. Some companies choose to cover the full cost, while others opt for a co-contribution model with their team. We’re happy to explore what works best for your budget and culture.
3. How much time will employees need to commit?
We recommend employees commit to 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week. This includes watching a daily video and completing a short self-work activity. The content is flexible and designed to fit into the workday without disrupting flow or productivity.

No! Your first two weeks are free, and you can cancel anytime during this period. You’ll only be charged after your first 2 weeks trial. If you decide The Quest isn’t for you, simply cancel before the trial ends—no charges, no hassle.

8. How do we get our staff started?
Once your company signs up, you’ll provide a list of participating employees. Each person will receive a welcome email with their login details and onboarding instructions. Our team is available to support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth rollout across your teams. As an optional extra, we offer a kick-off session designed to help your team eradicate mental roadblocks, challenge limiting beliefs, and get genuinely inspired and aligned with the journey ahead.
9. Can we cancel or adjust the number of users?
Yes. You can adjust your subscription based on your team’s changing needs. Add or remove users at any time, and we’ll update your billing accordingly. If you need to pause or cancel, just notify us before your next billing cycle.
